Completed for IML 300: Introduction to Web Programming. “The Life of an Eraser” is a browser-based hypernarrative that follows a small pink eraser through different pages of a digital notebook. Each page shifts color, layout, and text tone as the eraser moves, echoing the feeling of rewriting, fixing, and sometimes over-erasing moments in our lives. Instead of a single linear storyline, the project invites viewers to click around, get a little lost, and discover fragments of memory and interface glitches. I wanted the piece to feel like a quiet loop between perfectionism and letting go, mirroring how we constantly edit ourselves online.
